1. Then, clean, disinfect, and comb these materials to ensure they are clean and tidy.
2. Processing: Cut the materials to the required length according to the design requirements. Then, use a special glue to stick these hairs one by one onto a rubber strip, which is the “tape” of the eyelashes. This step is very skill – demanding and determines the final shape and realism of the eyelashes.
3. Shaping and drying: The glued eyelashes will be placed in a specific mold for high – temperature heating, shaping, and disinfection to keep them curved and clean. After that, carry out sufficient drying to ensure that the eyelashes are completely shaped.
4. Trimming and quality inspection: Finally, the workers will trim off the excess glue and uneven hairs, and then conduct a strict quality inspection to ensure that each box of eyelashes meets the standards.
5. Packaging and delivery: The qualified eyelashes will be packed in pairs into exquisite packaging boxes, labeled, and ready for factory shipment and sale.
In the whole process, the step of sticking the hair onto the tape is the most crucial, and many high – quality eyelashes need to be completed by hand.
